Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SetRelay handles information when you use the SetRelay mobile application and related services.

Information we may process

Depending on the features you use, SetRelay may process account information, workout and training records, exercise preferences, progress history, fitness-test results, app settings, subscription status, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

Account and authentication

SetRelay uses Supabase for account authentication and backend services. Password authentication is handled through the authentication provider; SetRelay does not intentionally store your password in its own application database.

Workout and fitness data

Workout history, exercise performance, personal records, progression-related data, calendar activity, and Yo-Yo test results may be stored so SetRelay can provide history, analytics, synchronization, and related features.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid subscription purchases are processed through Apple and the App Store. SetRelay uses Qonversion to help manage subscription products and entitlement status. SetRelay does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the app, synchronize your account, provide training history and analytics, determine feature access, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and support users.

Service providers

SetRelay relies on service providers that may process limited information on our behalf, including Supabase, Qonversion, Apple, and Expo-related infrastructure used in building and operating the application.

Data sharing and sale

SetRelay does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the product, comply with law, protect users or the service, or complete a transaction you request.

Your choices

SetRelay includes account and data controls that may allow you to export a copy of your account data or request permanent account deletion.

Security

SetRelay uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect user information. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy as SetRelay changes. The date above indicates the latest revision.
