If you need help with your account, workouts, subscriptions, data, Yo-Yo testing, or another SetRelay feature, contact us with enough detail to reproduce the issue.

Please do not include passwords, authentication codes, payment-card numbers, or other sensitive credentials.
Helpful information to include
- SetRelay app version
- iPhone model and iOS version
- The screen or feature where the issue occurred
- Steps that caused the issue
- A screenshot or screen recording if it contains no sensitive information
Subscriptions
App Store subscription billing is managed through Apple. If you are having trouble restoring SetRelay Pro, use Restore Purchase in the app first, then contact support if access is still incorrect.
