These Terms of Use govern your use of SetRelay. By using the app or related services, you agree to these terms.

Fitness disclaimer

SetRelay is a fitness tracking and training-support application. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or individualized medical advice. Exercise involves risk. You are responsible for choosing activities appropriate for your condition and ability.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device and for activity performed through your account.

Training recommendations

Progression suggestions, analytics, estimated 1RM values, fitness-test results, timers, cues, and other outputs are estimates and training aids, not guarantees of performance or safety.

Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. Purchases and renewals made through the iOS app are processed by Apple under the terms shown in the App Store purchase flow.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse SetRelay, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to violate law or the rights of others.

Intellectual property

SetRelay and its original software, branding, interface, and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability and changes

Features may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
